Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals you request, and keep records of our business correspondence.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed by our website host and delivered to our business email. Both providers apply industry-standard security.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.
